synopsis
Rachel Kaye is in her first year of college, and her life is just normal. Until the day she meets the extremely strange Roy Brady. His looks make him popular... until he opens his mouth. Perhaps the strangest thing about him is that he spends his free time conversing with fish...and there's a lot more weird things where that came from.Anyway... Rachel seems to be the only person who has ever been interested in him for more than five minutes, and his strange personality makes her even more so. But he is extremely oblivious, so hilarity will ensue! Especially when circumstances lead them to end up living in the same boarding house.
